Online Screening Forms
You may complete and submit an online application to TRLA for the three types of legal problems described below. Please keep in mind that an online application is only the first step in TRLA’s intake process. It does not mean that you are eligible for TRLA‘s legal services or that TRLA will provide you with legal services. TRLA will review the information submitted online and, if it appears to meet our criteria, will contact you to continue the application process. Please be patient and do not call us to ask about the status of your online application. TRLA has very limited resources and it may take a week or two before we can contact you.
Uncontested Divorces – Initial Screening for referral to our Uncontested Divorce Programs

Protective Orders – Initial Screening for a Protective Order
(Submit this form to see if TRLA may be able to help you get a protective order.)
Education Issues – Initial Screening for Education problems
(Submit this form if a student in your family is having problems with school such as school imposed discipline or participation in special education programs for disabled students.)
