Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA) and the Pride Center of San Antonio are hosting an informational session to help you create a Transfer on Death Deed (TODD), a simple, inexpensive way to transfer real estate to someone else upon your death.

How do I participate in this clinic?

Spots are limited. To RSVP for this informational clinic, please call Special Projects Director Paralegal Gabriel Sanchez at (956) 393-6204, the Pride Center at (210) 370-PRIDE (7743), or sign up through this link. After intake and providing proof of ownership and deed, a TRLA attorney will prepare the TODD.

How will the TODD be executed?

Once the clinic participant has reviewed and approved the TODD, the execution ceremony will take place on June 8th. The clinic participant will sign in front of a notary and be given instructions on how to file and record the TODD.
