Remembering David G. Hall
(1941-2023)
David loved Texas so much that he made the bold, early choice to devote his entire career to improving it. For more than 40 years, he accomplished this as director of Texas RioGrande Legal Aid (TRLA), which is based in his beloved Rio Grande Valley.

Pamela M. Brown Fellowship
Established in 2023, the David G. Hall & Pamela M. Brown Fellowship is awarded annually to a newer attorney who has demonstrated exceptional commitment and ability to serve the needs of low-income communities in Texas’s borderlands.
