The Individual Rights: Disability Rights Team
The Objectives
- Offer legal services to help clients obtain the legal counsel or representation they need to resolve disability disputes.
- Educate individuals and groups on disability rights.
- Work to strengthen the rights of the disabled.
Our Activities
- Conduct outreach and education activities to strengthen disability rights.
- Litigate disability discrimination cases.
- Hold community education events in four counties on disability rights.
