Economic and Social Justice: Torts & Civil Litigation
The Torts / Civil Litigation Practice Area receives a variety of case types that do not fit within any of the other areas, e.g., torts, license suspensions, disaster assistance, open records requests. The Practice Area attorneys are also responsible for establishing a jury trial training component within TRLA and ensuring the professional development of the team's paralegals.
