Austin Legal Advice and Intake Clinics

At the clinic, applicants complete an application and may briefly meet with a volunteer attorney to discuss their legal problem. All applications are then later reviewed by Texas RioGrande Legal Aid to determine if the applicant is eligible for further legal assistance from Texas RioGrande Legal Aid or VLS.

No Criminal or Immigration Matters are accepted.

Monday Evenings: Martin Junior High School 1601 Haskell St.
Wednesday Evenings: Webb Middle School, 601 E St. Johns Avenue
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Except for school holidays)

When: The last Wednesday of Each Month from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 PM at the Spicewood Community Library

The Spicewood Community Library is partnering with local attorneys and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Inc. (TRLA) to offer a regular “Lawyer in the Library” Day. Legal clinics will be the last Wednesday of every month at the same time. The attorneys will offer advice on a wide variety of non-criminal topics, including real estate, labor, and employment, public benefits, foreclosure, bankruptcy, wills and estates, and family matters, just to name a few.
